If you are a realtor with a client that is looking at a rural land property for a new venture or expansion, take your support to the next level. Help them to decide if it will fit their needs or not.
We’ll take a virtual look at the site and land (using the legal land location) via the Soil Information Viewer and give you a sense of the overall suitability for what you are considering. We’ll also gather some information from area local sources (e.g. Ag Fieldmen), if possible. Based on what we find, we’ll make recommendations for you to provide to your client.
